| His bumper has seen better days being his Z is his only car/daily driver. He ripped off the middle section some time ago and decided to get a lower lip to fix it. He picked this up from someone on the forum. Pearl white is hard to paint match so it doesn't match perfect. But is better than what he had. He's the lip after paint
 First I added a piece of plastic conduit pipe we got from Home Depot. This added some strength and rigidity to the oem bumper section. Heated it up with the torch and formed it into shape.
 
He was smart enought to grab the part that broke off and keep it. So we screwed it onto place. We did this so that we had the splash shield mounts. Couple screws and it's good to go
 
Sanded and cleaned the contact area and added some double sided tape.
 
Then put it in place and pull the tape backing off.
 
Just need to get some replacement body line tape. Much better than it has been already though :)

Helped a buddy put on his Stillen lower bumper lip. -
